Purpose:
To assist nurse educators in understanding some of the unique challenges around receiving feedback from nursing learners, identify strategies to improve the quality of feedback learners provide, and practice utilizing a framework for processing the feedback received.
Objectives:
- Describe at least two unique challenges related to receiving feedback from nursing learners
- Identify at least two strategies to improve the quality of feedback learners provide
