Podium presenters and poster presenters will be notified by electronic communication of their acceptance for each abstract submitted by mid-June.
You are invited to submit an abstract(s) for oral (podium) or poster presentation by the deadline, May 1, 2026. Abstract submission is open to all submitters with nursing-related projects enhancing patient outcomes, nursing practice, or the nursing work environment.
Who may submit?:
- Nurses who can share details about initiatives that led to enhanced patient and/or nurse outcomes, changes in nursing practice, or positive practice environment.
- We are looking for topics across the diverse patient population.
Judging Criteria:
Abstracts will be considered based on how well they align with the conference's learning outcomes. The committee and volunteers will conduct a review to evaluate and score each abstract for quality of writing, logical flow, and clear expression of key ideas based on a standardized rubric. Notification of acceptance or regret will be emailed to the primary presenter by mid-June.
