This is an  invitation to submit nominations for the CT NAHN Community Award & Nursing Scholarships.

Consider Community Award nomination of an individual who has made a outstanding contribuition towards improving health of the Hispanic Community, to be recognized in our 3rd Annual Awards & Scholarship Luncheon.

Lets recognize individuals in our community who are working towards improving Hispanic Community.

In addition, encourage Nursing Students to submit application for Nursing Scholarship Yr 2015.

Note criteria for Nursing Scholarship with attached application.

Submit completed applications and nominations by due date: Monday, May 4, 2015 .
