Cultural Considerations in Serious Illness: 20th Anniversary Celebration for Ft Worth Chapter HPNA:
On October 1, 2016, we will present our 20th Anniversary Celebration program: Cultural Considerations in Serious Illness. This promises to be a very informative program, for all nursing / social work / chaplain staff. If you have already registered, thank you. If you have not registered, please do so soon. Deadline for registration is Wednesday September 28, which is only a few days away. We need an accurate count for lunch, so we won't be accepting walk-in registrations for the full day program.
All who register for full day program will receive a 20th Anniversary HPNA T shirt. The sooner your register, the more likely you will get the size of your choice.
We ask that you share this information with your colleagues.
Go to the Events portion of our website to register, or you can click on this link to go directly to the event information: https://hpnafw.nursingnetwork.com/nursing-events/41451-save-the-date-october-1-20th-anniversary-celebration
The afternoon session is open to the public and there is no charge to attend this session. Feel free to invite people you know who may need some encouragement to "start the conversation" about end of life care. Don't know why you should see "Being Mortal?"
