CHPN DECEMBER TESTING DEADLINE

For those of you that attended the CHPN Review course in May, a quick reminder that the deadline to submit your online application for the December testing window (Dec 1 - 31st*) is November 15th.
The test is administered by appointment only on a first come, first serve basis at 9:00 am and 1:30 pm so don't delay.
* The test will not be offered on the following dates: Dec. 24-26 and Dec. 31st.
