Important message about Fort Worth Chapter! PLEASE READ!
Dear HPNA Members,
We want your help! We have some very important decisions to make regarding the future of our chapter and we need your participation. Please come to our meeting next Tuesday 1/17/17. We have an awesome speaker, a very interesting topic on American Indian Health and some decisions to make regarding merging with the Dallas Chapter. Together, we can be stronger!
Dr. Barbara Raudonis, will be speaking on American Indian culture, health disparities and the roots of nursing in American Indian life. She has personal experience with working on a Navajo reservation.
It has been my pleasure and honor to be your President the past three years. Hopefully 2017 will be a year of GREAT changes and growth for all of us. We all know change in healthcare is inevitable so let’s hope and do everything we can to make it GREAT! We have a new President, President Elect and Secretary and I would like you all to give them a warm welcome to our group.
Start your year fresh with a renewed commitment to HPNA, networking, mentoring and continuing education. Our new young nurses need you. Our profession needs us all.
