HB 1482 has passed the House and the Senate and was signed into law as ACT 454 by Governor Hutchinson on March 14th.   The enhanced Compact will go in to effect as soon as ratified by 26 states or the end of 2018, whichever comes first.  Thanks to all who notified their representatives to help get this bill passed.
