Good Evening:

I spoke with Jen Boland and got more details regarding our paint nite.  Here are some more elements:

1.  She can do 35 to 65 participants---need to know the limit that Maple Dale can accomodate.  She prefers people sitting on same side of table for ease of teaching.

2.  If we have 35 participants, she can take her payment that night.  If there is more than that, she will need some up front money to buy additional easels, etc.

3.  We are doing a landscape.  People have some choice regarding which landscape they want to do.

4.  Jen will need 1 hour to set up and approx 1/2 hour to breakdown.

5.  She strongly suggests that our participants know that it is cash bar (i.e. no free alcoholic drinks) and that it is a fundraiser.
