• Performance-based merit increase every October.
• Industry leading retirement contribution (8.9% of the first $61,850 of salary, and 13.2% of annual salary over $61,850).
• Home health hospice nurses can receive additional compensation for pay over productivity if they see >5-6 patients/day and are eligible for additional compensation for extra shifts.
• Employees with 2+ years of full-time service are eligible for up to $5,250/calendar year for tuition related to their job and/or continued career growth at Duke.
